South of Fifth Overview
The South of Fifth neighborhood is in the southern tip of South and encompasses the entire area South of Fifth street. This neighborhood transformed from a sleepy area to an enclave of luxury high rise condo towers such as the Continuum, Apogee, Murano and several smaller, boutique luxury buildings.
The neighborhood is one of the most coveted areas in South Beach and offers some of the best and most exclusive dining options in all of Miami – Milo’s, Joe’s, Prime 112, Red and many others call this area home. SoFi is also home to the popular South Pointe Park. Residents in South of Fifth enjoy a quieter atmosphere than can be found just a few blocks North in South Beach.
