Edgewater Overview

Known as one of Miami’s newest areas, Edgewater has become the new hip place for those relocating to Miami. Offering easy access to Wynwood, the Design District, Miami Beach and Downtown Miami, Edgewater has experienced very rapid growth since the mid 2000’s. Many of the luxury buildings in Edgewater offer some of the best views Miami has to offer with sweeping views of Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami and beautiful sunsets to the West.
Edgewater has experienced rapid change as new boutique restaurants and shops have opened up along Biscayne Boulevard to serve all of the new residents which now call the area home. Margaret Pace park sits along Biscayne Bay and offers pet walking, jogging, Volleyball, Basketball, and sun tanning. Geographically, Edgewater has no legal boundaries but it’s known as the area South of the Julia Tuttle, and North of the McArthur Causeway, with NE 2nd Avenue as a border to its West side.
