Brickell Overview
The Brickell neighborhood in Miami has become one of the most exciting and densest areas on the East Coast. With over 50 condo buildings, a dozen high rise office towers, a vast selection of fine dining and casual dining options, and over 120 retail stores Brickell has become the new “it” neighborhood in Miami. The modern architecture, safety, walkability and the well-educated residents in the area have made Brickell one of the fastest growing and most desired neighborhoods in the entire country.
With the recent construction of Brickell City Center the neighborhood has attracted more young families, white collar workers, telecommuters, entrepreneurs and semi-retired individuals who want to avoid Miami traffic and enjoy the ultimate “Live, Work, Play” lifestyle. Brickell is centrally located between Coconut Grove, Downtown Miami, Wynwood and South Beach.
